Her mission as an emerging artist is to investigate how anatomy can be molded by a cultural experience, to complement both classical and contemporary techniques, and to propose a decolonized perspective of Caribbean culture by showcasing sculptural figures that render narratives of resilience, empowerment and transgenerational healing.
